How to sell? for noobs

Give them an offer they can't refuse. That's it.

If the person is already willing to buy, and you have what they need (or they want), just give them an incredible offer. Full of support mechanisms, confidence, and hope. Be confident enough of your offer to put a lot of support mechanisms around it. If you're sure you can deliver what they're looking for, there are zero reasons for not making it the most appealing offer possible, leaving them with zero chances of refusing it. Tell them that's the real thing, and they can be assured you have what they're looking for. And they won't refuse if they're the right audience.

But you have to be sure of what you're selling first. If you're not too sure, it will be harder to make an irrefusable offer. At this point, you can just make regular offers, still following the same principles, but less chances of closing the deal, unless you work on your own confidence. But the outcome of the client is something very important so you always have to sell with honesty. You'll never want your clients to leave worse than they were when they bought something for you. Always look to deliver them the outcome you sold, or, at least give them a support mechanism or possibly a refund offer.

If the person is not yet willing to buy anything (a passive wanderer), you first have to make sure they're the right audience for you. Picking and defining the right audience is important. You have to make sure you're always thinking of the right person to offer something you want to sell. If they're not the right person, there are less chances they'll buy what you're selling. Once you find the right person, it's an audience, so you can always target them. Focus on the right people always.

Once you know exactly what pain to fix and how to help somebody move from that pain to pleasure, you have something worth selling. Once you have something worth selling, find the right audience for it. Once you know the right audience, you can funnel the public and reach out to the right people. Once you reach out to the right people, simply give them an irrecusable offer. Something they won't be able to recuse.

They won't refuse because you have exactly what they were looking for, either passive or active looking for it. You nailed your process so well that there are almost zero chances of not achieving the outcome expected. And not only that, you gave them a very impressive offer.

It's not just about giving them a price. You've put a whole support mechanism around it: you tell them exactly the timeframe to expect, and the exact steps it will take to achieve the outcome, you give them your hand to guide them through the steps necessary, and you also guarantee they'll reach the outcome you both agreed on. That means if they don't reach the outcome you have a refund policy in place. Both of you know this deal can work, because you are confident enough of your product, and the client is confident enough of your offer.

They have everything in place to achieve what you both agreed on, and you have confidence in your own work enough to commit to an awesome offer. It's a win/win situation =)
